Multiflow system
operation
The Multiflow system consists of:
1. PRESSURIZATION UNIT
Located in a technical room, the unit is sized
according to water demand, meaning the number
of operators using the system simultaneously. On
average, each operator requires approximately
25 L/min of water for effective cleaning. The
unit includes a mixing tank to ensure a constant
temperature and oversized pumps powered by
Brushless motors controlled by inverters, optimizing
energy consumption and ensuring maximum system
reliability.
2. DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM
Water is distributed through a main pipeline,
typically installed in the ceiling area, which connects
the various dropping lines for washing stations
across different sections of the facility.
