3. WASHING STATIONS
The stations are designed to meet specific
operational needs and the characteristics of each
department. Available solutions include:

• Wall-mounted fixed station
Ideal for compact spaces and frequent washing
operations. The wall-mounted hose reel allows
for quick rewinding, optimizing workflow. It can
dispense one or two chemicals, with or without
compressed air. The stainless steel jerry can
holders are equipped with tamper-proof locks to
prevent direct operator contact with detergents.

• Column-mounted fixed station
When wall installation is not feasible (for
example, due to structural obstacles), a column-
mounted station is an alternative solution.

• Mobile washing station
The Kiteco mobile station is a highly hygienic
solution, as it allows the cart to be moved out
of the production area after each washing cycle.
The cart is equipped with lances for pre-washing,
rinsing, foaming, and disinfection. Kiteco stations
can also be customized with color-coded parts
to prevent cross-contamination.

All these solutions can be easily integrated with
existing systems, ensuring a quick and seamless
implementation at the Client’s facility.
